Who doesn't love french fries? They are the downfall of many a potential weight loser. There is, however, a healthy french fry alternative that you can bake yourself. To prepare, cut fries and toss with 1 tablespoon of oil and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Loosen these potatoes using a spatula, and then turn them and bake for about ten minutes.
