About: One tip for weight loss if you do not like to exercise much is to do 100 sit ups, 50 push ups, and 250 jumping jacks in the morning each day. Doing these should take about 10-12 minutes if you do them continuously. If you double this and do the same set before bed, you'll have exercised 20-25 minutes without it really seeming like that much!
